I used Claire's table of events as a basis to create a flow of areas that the exhibition space will visit. I tried to create a clash free timetable for the whole year and only used the main events that the exhibition space will be useful for:
I then converted this into some maps which I will use for the presentation. The first map represents the main areas within Canberra which are host to events and festivals, so these will be the sites used for exhibition entity. These will be the Parliament site, the parklands, the Civic, the War Memorial, and exhibition park. I then spilt these into the seasons to create a visual image of the route that the pavilion will take throughout the year:
